The 8010 Hydrophone is supplied with a water resistant, vulcanized cable which allows it to go 10 meters deep. This very sturdy omnidirectional piezoelectric pickup has flat response curve up to 20 KHz and down to 100 Hz. A 48V Phantom power supply is required in order to power the internal buffer, meaning it can be connected directly to a standard mic input.
