The 15" LED is the latest addition to the Autoscript teleprompter
range.
Autoscript have redesigned the body and included a built-in 'tally
Light'.
It can be powered from AC or 12v DC. Video input is via BNC with
loop thru or VGA input direct from a computer. It is supplied
with a flatpack wide angle hood. The 15" LED can also be
used as a conference prompter or full colour display monitor.
Features include Picture-in-Picture facility with VGA.
The
15" On-Camera units are available with
optional video feedback monitor.

Flatscreen Monitor:
Ever-alert to changing trends in television production, Autoscript
has developed a new, one-pound on-camera 5.6-inch flat-screen
monitor with all of the standard functions of its larger cousins,
including connections for composite BNC and Hirose power inputs.
Known as the Miniscript 5.6, Autoscript developed the monitor
in cooperation with veteran British camera supervisor Phil Piotrowsky,
who noted an increasing use of hand-held cameras for live and
studio-based entertainment production. Outfitting portable cameras
with teleprompters provides a “safety net” for on-air
presenters, who appreciate being able to refer to a prompter as
they move freely about the set.
More importantly, this style of production delivers a “live”
feel that provides an intimacy between presenters and their audiences,
increases creative options for producers, and draws viewers into
the action.

Autoscript
15" TFT Prompter:
The 15” TFT is 500 CDs/nits, The case is robust, compact
and lightweight; It has both a Composite Video input and a VGA
input and
a composite video loop through with termination. The monitor has
both
a 110/240v AC power input and a 12v DC power input, for use either
on battery or powered directly from a camera’s external power.

/Backlight save function. There are two integrated cue (tally)
lights to allow the monitor to be rigged either way round with

can be attached to the teleprompter hood. The screen can be
flippedboth vertically and horizontally, enabling use in reverse
scan mode as a teleprompter monitor or as a straight reading
monitor in presentation mode.

Is a specially designed ‘on camera unit’ with a robust
casing and mounting equipment to allow it to be used either as
a straight reading monitor or as a ‘head up display’
prompter. As with all Autoscript’s
range of prompters it is powered with 12v DC and has a composite
video input with loop-thru.
